Leonardo DiCaprio’s Former LA Home Sells for $3.4M – Nearly Doubling in Price

Leonardo DiCaprio purchased this home in Los Angeles’ Silver Lake neighbourhood back in 1999, reportedly paying $769,500 for the four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom house.

DiCaprio sold the 4,006-square-foot home in 2018, when it was listed for $1.75 million.

After owning the home for less than a year, the new owner flipped the home in October 2019, selling for $3.4 million – nearly doubling the investment.

A charming open-air courtyard is situated in the middle of the home, offering a relaxing outdoor sitting area.

The exposed dark-hued wood beams offer a stark contrast to the white walls and high ceilings in the living room, which features a wood-burning firepl, two sets of double French doors and an expansive walk-through to the outside.
