Vintage Florals

Vintage-inspired wallpaper has been trending for a while — and this whimsical decor trend shows no signs of slowing down. Expect to see nostalgic patterns, in tones that range from muted to rich popping up. Daring design lovers can even explore colour- or pattern-drenching in their rooms by matching the tones and patterns in the wallpaper to the furniture, like with a cozy velvet couch or printed bedspread to match this vintage floral wallpaper.

Fun and Fishy

Something fishy is in the water… and it’s this nautical trend that’s been hooking our attention in 2025. Fisherman, but make it chic, has been a trend predicted by Pinterest and Etsy. How this manifests in prints is through delightful decor items that bring the sea (and the canned tin) to your spaces. Think mixed crustacean printed textiles, tinned fish wallpapered bathrooms and other catches of the day.

Pattern Drenching

Another trend that you can expect to see coming in hot is pattern drenching (move over, colour drenching!). While this trend certainly won’t be the favourite of minimalists, it’s a fun way to express bold taste through the repetition of one or multiple pattern throughout a space for a totally immersive visual impact.

Stripes

Classic stripes in all colours and widths are an always popular look — they can be fresh and bold with wide stripes in contrasting colours, or subtle and cute with thinner complementary stripes. Stripes have been cropping up everywhere in fashion lately, so it’s really no surprise to see the same trend reflected in home decor. It’s easy to infuse this print in a subtle way by incorporating in a statement pillow, rug, or throw — or go big and bold and try an accent wall.
